Bluetooth printing on mobile phones, iPads, Windows, and Macs requires setting up through the corresponding app, software, or tool. Due to the variety of security software, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to submit security reports to all software. Please disable your security software before downloading and installing to avoid errors. Our software is safe and does not obtain your personal privacy.

iOS and iPadOS - Bluetooth Printing via "HereLabel" App

Download and install the "HereLabel" app to print via Bluetooth on your iOS device with the SP410BT thermal label printer. Printing shipping labels is easy with the SP410BT.

Windows - USB and Bluetooth Setup

Download and install the Windows software from our official website (iDPRT website - "Supports and Downloads" - "Downloads" - search "SP410BT" to find the file named "Windows USB & BT setting & printing Software for SP410BT"). Before printing, set the paper size in the printing preferences.

Mac - Bluetooth Printing

MAC supports USB printing with our shipping label printer. We recently enabled Bluetooth printing for MAC. To use Bluetooth printing, download the Bluetooth tool "Diver BT Tool" (iDPRT website - "Supports and Downloads" - "Downloads" - search "SP410BT" to find the file named "MAC BT setting & printing Software for SP410BT"). Check your printer’s firmware version. If it’s lower than 6, contact us for an update by holding down the feed button until the light flashes once.
